Tonight on the AMSTREAM it’s another exclusive with the final version of a new Amstrad game…

⭐️ALCON 2020⭐️
🕹️ The 25fps Final Version! 🕹️

Most of us will be familiar with Ocean/Imagine software’s arcade licence “Slap Fight”, a rather sub standard shmup released back in 1987. Slap Fight was a very popular coin-op and it was a big shame the Amstrad got such a poor conversion. So 2 years ago Abalore Games released their first remake as “Alcon 2020” (taking the name of the US release of Slap Fight which was ALCON) to great praise! But they decided to improve on it further…. and 2 years later here we are with the final version with new improvements but most importantly an increased frame rate to a liquid smooth 25 FPS!!!!

Abalore Games have been shipping out the physical editions of their game to people in the community, but tonight they have very kindly provided the very FIRST .cpr ROM file of the final edition of the game for use in emulators to the Amstream for us to play live on stream tonight!!

So I will be attempting to try and loop/beat the game live on the Amstream tonight! Can I do it? Tune in and find out!!
