Tonight is all about celebrating the wonderful CPCRetroDev game creation contest held every year, where loads of new Amstrad games get made! In preparation for next week’s 2021 contest, as a kind of ‘pre party’, we’re taking a look back over 8 years worth of entrants and games with a special guest live interview with the creator and head of the competition – Francisco Gallego from the
University of Alicante!

There are certainly many games I missed playing and featuring here from the early years of the competition, and some in later years that definitely deserve more recognition! So this is a great opportunity to look at that plus get us all excited and in the mood for next week’s big competition!!
