I never stopped playing videogames, have been gaming ever since 1976. Always was interested in current games but also kept on playing the old games including the old Pong we had. If I was to choose I’d say Retro because I have a busy life and most modern games want you to invest quite a bit of time in them. What I need is something I can easily pick-up and play and the old arcade games are ideal for that.
But I love technology and nothings more cool than to see a completely kitted out PC running Crysis with ridiculously high settings or a smooth running game on the PS4 or Xbox360 and WiiU. But I am afraid current gen gaming will venture into unknown territories where the companies are making choices that don’t seem to have the best interest of the end user at heart.
