Who Says Old Gamers Have Slow And Bad Reflexes – Just Beat My Not To Shabby Personal Geometry Wars 3 Dimensions Evolved Level Highscore

Geometry Wars has been a long time favourite of mine, it actually made be run out and get an xbox360 on release day back in the day. As the release happened in Amsterdam I was pretty stoked.

I have been playing various incarnations of the games on many different platforms – you can say I got them all. It’s one of those games I just want every port of. The Geometry Wars 3 Dimensions Evolved game has been released on many different platforms: 360, XboxOne, PS3, PS4, PC to name a few. Each has its own online highscore and all still have working world highscore rankings for each level in the game.

There’s one particular level that just calms me down when I play it and I am able to reach pretty drastic highscores on it. Turned out on the PC version I have a world ranking of 299 on this level when I decided to record some testing footage with the capture function built into my new graphics card. Little did I know I actually would beat my highscore. It’s actually the second game I tried to play with this new graphics card of mine.

This proves that old 50 year old gamers aren’t necessarily suffering from bad reflexes or can’t be competitive in certain games.
