Playstation 3 On Ryzen5 2500U & Vega8 (RPCS3) With Outrun2 And PacmanCE DX+ (Captured with Hauppage)

A test of some gameplay with the RPCS3 emulator on the t-bao Ryzen5 2500U with the Vega8 Graphics (set to 2Gb) on Windows 10 sporting 16Gb of DDR4 Ram.

– Outrun2006 plays full speed but can’t achieve a solid 60fps 720p
– Pacman CE DX+ plays full speed and also has some small issues getting to a solid 60fps 720p. It does almost stick to 60fps all the time though.

Both games remain very responsive and playable at 720 which is the default of the emulator.

Frame-time and FPS has dips but I must say that when playing the games it doesn’t really bother me – and I must say I am quite critical when it comes to stutters / hiccups and unresponsiveness.

Emulator was defaulted to 720p, if you set it to756p or 480p – which is the standard definition video output the PS3 also supports the framerate IS solid.
