So how can I play Turbo OutRun? A PAL only region game, the one I have that is? When I only have a NTSC NA Model 1 SEGA Genesis? I explain how this is possible. The short answer is: Turbo OutRun is a game made BEFORE the region lockout was put in games, there are many others this trick works with too. Hopefully anyone confused by this now understands how this is possible. Basically pre-1993 games.
