Longplay and review for “Super Tank” (aka “Super Tank Simulator”) on the Amstrad CPC.

Another Codemasters budget release, and a pretty decent one – mixing two gameplay styles. The first being an overhead tank based shoot-em-up much like the arcade game “T.A.N.K.” (or TNK III) from SNK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TNK_III) which did see a conversion from Ocean onto the Amstrad (http://cpc-power.com/index.php?page=detail&num=2173), the second part being an Operation Wolf/Thunderbolt clone!

Pretty good bang for your buck, can’t complain for £2.99!

NOTE – Sorry it appears that in the first level there is some lag in the sound towards the end of the 2nd part of level 1, apologies for this – but couldn’t be arsed to re-play and re-record all over again!! I do mention there’s some lag in the video towards the end of the 1st part of level1 but after encoding it seems to have sorted itself out so ignore that comment.
