This is a ‘brave’ attempt to convert one of the first proper 3D polygonal racing arcade games to the humble home computers – how on earth is the Amstrad going to cope with this? Well they have sort of managed it if you can get used to 5fps!! They even managed to cram in action replays too! Race around a choice of either the speed or stunt track to qualify before going head-to-head with “The Phantom”…!
I take a look at the arcade version briefly at the start of the video, so we have some kind of comparison for this conversion.
