Space Giraffe is an action arcade video game by Jeff Minter and Ivan Zorzin of Llamasoft. Space Giraffe resembles the arcade game Tempest, an arcade game by Atari (1981). According to Jeff Minter Space Giraffe is not of clone of Tempest.
Space Giraffe was released on 22 August 2007 for Xbox 360 on Xbox Live Arcade. It is also available for the XBOXOne in Xbox360 backwards compatibility mode. The main graphics engine is based on the Neon Xbox 360 light synthesizer visualisation software that was built into the Xbox 360 console. Llamasoft also released a version for Windows on 15 December 2008. It was made available on Steam on 19 March 2009.
