This is a video response to Doug Walker’s video about how promotion of television, movies, video games and music through Fair Use helps with free marketing and sales. People, like me, make Let’s Play videos because A) it’s fun and B) it promotes the video games featured.
But, because of some companies look at it as piracy, they force YouTube to slap a copyright claim against the channel’s user. Additionally, there are those who abuse the system and would make false claims as well.
