It’s easy to think that there’s no good games that involve poor old Dick Tracy – his name is on some absolute stinkers, that’s for sure. But this neat little side-scroller for the Mega Drive, the first game made by the Sega Technical Institute? Yeah, it works – pretty damn well, as it turns out. Enjoy!
