Virtual Adaptation: Games Based On Journey to the West – Kim Justice

This is the first video in a new and somewhat intermittent series called “Virtual Adaptation” that will review a bunch of games based on a movie franchise/book/person/event etc. – should be fun to do once in a while! This first one covers “Journey to the West”, the old Chinese novel by Wu Cheng’en where a Buddhist monk and his troupe (including a rather violent Monkey King) travel to India! Lots of cool games here – from Enslaved, a neat cult hit of the last generation to Super Monkey Daibouken for the Famicom, possibly the worst game ever made. Enjoy!
