The Arcade Project – Checkered Flag

I was lucky to both spot and first in on a small arcade machine sale on Facebook from a local clearing out a container setup as a games room, at their holiday home. Local mate Damien offered the use of his Ute (and his back – mine is stuff :)) and we went on a lovely drive had a look and ended up picking up a driving game to add to my arcades line-up with Konami’s Checkered Flag. I have never played this one before, but it looks to be an arcade sequel to the MSX game F1 Spirit and I think it will add some nice variety to the game room.
I also re-arranged the room a bit to fit the new cabinet, and did some more work on both Choplifter and Tutankham, so quick room tour is included.
