How to install DolphinDos2.0 (and JiffyDos) on an Ultimate64 running firmware version 1.18.
Download DolphinDos2.0 from here:

Make sure you use the Dolphin_DOS/c1541-6.rom file. And select a memory option in the 1541 settings of the Ultimate64 that gives you 8K at $6000 to $8000.
