[AMSTRAD CPC] AMSTREAM New Beat ‘Em Up! “Hostias Como Panes” & “TMHTurtles 2” Music Edition!

Tonight on the AMSTREAM we have TWO new* Amstrad beat ’em up games!…

“Hostias Como Panes”
“Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles 2 : The Coin Op – MUSIC EDITION!”

*Well one is a new game! The other is a new update of an existing classic!…

“Hostias Como Panes” It’s rare to get new homebrew side on brawlers in the ‘Target Renegade’ style, so I can’t wait to check out this new beat ’em up game from 21bloques! It’s the usual story of a kidnapped girlfriend needing to be rescued, and a battle through a dangerous graffitied city! However unlike other similar games, there are some secret special ‘Street Fighter II’ like moves your fighter can pull off! It’s also a strange name for a game, but it roughly translates from Spanish slang to ‘huge hits’ or alternatively ‘kick some ass’! So let’s do it!!

“Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles 2 : The Coin Op – MUSIC EDITION!” Several years ago it was discovered that on the disks for this great arcade conversion contained data for hidden music that never ended up being used in the game! These were dumped for everyone to listen to and enjoy, and they were the tunes in AY form from the actual arcade game! But it was asked recently – can someone actually add it into the game itself? It was found that it would slow the game down too much, which was probably the original reason why it was dropped – but after much work Jean-Marie has redone the code and got the music in and working without slow down!! So let’s check it out dudes! Cowabunga!

Call it a test of how well you actually know me! Either way, should be all good Amstrad games all night!
