🕹️ AMSTRAD GAMES SPECIAL! 🕹️

Firebird published over 70 games for the Amstrad but often get a bit overlooked and forgotten about, compared to say Ocean, US Gold, Activision etc. Perhaps because they had lots of brilliant original games like “Elite”, “Rick Dangerous”, “Savage”, “The Sentinel”, “Thrust”, etc and relied less on licences and arcade/movie licences! Although they still managed to grab a few big ones like “Bubble Bobble”, “Flying Shark”, “P47”, “Mr Heli” and more! So tonight we start looking at their back catalogue of games including their budget ‘Silver Range’ which was later renamed to just ‘Silverbird’ to avoid confusion; and also their ‘Rainbird’ label for more serious stuff like cutting edge simulators that’s of interest to us! But it’s about time Firebird’s brilliant catalogue of games got more attention!

So who knows what hidden gems we might discover, but it will be an action packed Amstream tonight! 🕹️😎👍
