Atari 2600+ Firmware 1.1 Update Process & More Game Testing

Thought I would give the new beta 1.1 firmware for the Atari 2600+ a go and recorded the steps required to install the update.
Plus tested some of my 7800 titles and 2600/7800 homebrew titles again to see whether more of them could be loaded.
