“Renegade” the classic coin-op beat ’em up from Technōs Japan and Taito was one of the best ever arcade conversions on the Amstrad CPC and ZX Spectrum, and it was a close fought battle as to which one was the best! A few weeks ago however some clever people updated the CPC version with some new moves plus scrolling(!) and released “Renegade Reloaded”! Is the Amstrad version now the best? So here we’re going to take a close look at it, along with ALL the other versions of Renegade in a comparison, and see which fighter comes out on top!
