⭐️Request Night Part #4⭐️

Tonight it’s part #4 of our SHMUPS series on the Amstream! That is of course shoot ’em up games on the Amstrad CPC, and that definition of what constitutes a shmup can be hotly debated! But essentially we’re looking for games that feature you in some kind of vehicle (usually a space ship!), where the screen is scrolling in one fixed direction (exceptions made for single screen ones like Cybernoid though!) and you take on waves of enemies.

Tonight you in the chat will be making requests and suggestions, we’ll play the game and then we’ll vote on it – with the purpose of eventually nailing down a top 20 then top 10 list of the best shmups on the Amstrad, which in turn I’ll make a special video for the channel! So YOU have a hand in crafting and shaping that!

So fans of R-Type, Nemesis, Silkworm, P47, UN Squadron, Relentless, Slap Fight, Flying Shark, 1942, Dragon Spirit, Xenon, etc you’ll be in shmup heaven!
