A-Z Of Commodore 64 Hidden Gems – Letter W

Hey whats up Guys OSG here with a another hidden gems video and today the letter is W. We are reaching the end now and I want to show you something I’ve been working on that will be available at the end of the series for Patreons.
So before I started this I actually was on making a front end for winvice to make it much more user friendly. The framework was all done and a few games working when my good mate Xyphoe suggested why didn’t I make it just Hidden gems for now and release it to Patreons.
Well I thought that’s a great Idea so I have been really busy collecting metadata, video snaps and games for all the gems and incorporating it into the app.
So here it is. As I am the only one who has tested this my Patreons will sort of be the Beta testers also as with any app there will be problems that need ironing out. The games list is on the side here, and when each game is selected it will show the corresponding video snap and box art. It also shows the metadata for each game. I am currently on trying to figure out how to launch vice pushing the correct joyport in from the metadata.
Going forward I will also incorporate a genre search into the app i.e. you just want to see shoot em ups then that’s all that will show. As I have never done anything for my Patreons …all 9 of them I hope that this in some way shows gratitude for their support.
