[NES] Nintendo World Championships – 1,000,000+ Point Run! (Tubers High Score Challenge)

Well for this fortnight’s “Tubers High Score Challenge” competition we’ve all been playing “Nintendo World Championships” on the NES … and it’s been really super fun! Plus I actually got a decent run in! Earlier on Twitch (https://www.twitch.tv/xyphoe) I very nearly cracked the 1million point boundary, so I wanted to see if I could here!

I also find the history of this game very interesting. The carts themselves are now some of the rarest, most sought after and expensive in the world! With collectors paying $10,000+ to get a copy! “Nintendo World Championships” ran in 1990 across 30 cities of the US, and carts were produced for this which featured 3 games (Super Mario Bros, Rad Racer and Tetris) over a timed challenge to score as many points as possible in just over 6 minutes!

Anyway, let’s see if we can beat that 1million point score!
