Hello all, I’m still in the rabbit hole of looking at classic game reimplementations that recreate game engines and utilise the existing game assets to bring classics to modern systems.
This week we are looking at “Open Fodder”, a brilliant open source project by Robert Crossfield that brings together all the demos and special level releases from back in the day and plays both Cannon Fodder 1 AND 2 (as long as you provide the assets from games you own).
There are some other nice improvements and surprise features so if you’re a fan of Cannon Fodder this is a no brainer to check out!
