There’s been some stunning games in this year’s CPCRetroDev 2020 competition, but never would I have expected a racing game to appear that holds it’s own against the best from the Amstrad’s commercial golder period that saw WEC Le Mans, Continental Circus, Chase HQ, Burnin’ Rubber and more! But here comes FIRE TYRE roaring up behind them! It arguably looks, sounds and moves better than some of them … but what about the gameplay? Xyphoe dons his helmet and climbs into his Amsracer to find out…
