Today we’re introducing a brand new series: MAZ Makes!
In the first episode we’re taking on a 20 odd year old official Sonic the Hedgehog Chilli Dog Recipe to see if the blue blur knows his food. As we all know, you can’t have Sonic the Hedgehog without Golden Rings so we’re accompanying it with beer battered onion rings too!
Full list of ingredients for the Sonic The Hedgehog Chilli Dogs for anyone who wants to try it for themselves:
450g mince meat
half an onion
1 pepper
65g mushrooms
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tin chopped tomatoes
220g BBQ sauce
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp organo
1 tin of kidney beans, drained
hot dogs
cheese
