I Got MySelf A Pentium III Machine With A Voodoo3 From Victor Bart (PREVIEW)

#PentiumIII #3dfx #Voodoo3
Quite some time ago I got myself a retro gaming rig that is identical (same case, same motherboard, same videocard, same CPU, only the Soundblaster card differs) to the rig I had back in the day but ended up selling when I upgraded to a Pentium IV.
This is a sneak peak at my Pentium III 550Mhz Voodoo 3 Machine sporting an Aopen Motherboard (440BX chipset), 256Mb RAM, Voodoo 3 3000, SB16 PCI (Live?) with ASUS-IDE DVD-ROM drive running Windows98 SE. This system is excellent for my PC retrogaming-needs be it Windows or MS-DOS, it also sports a network card so retro LAN gaming sure is a possibility!
I am planning on doing a more in depth video if there’s interest in it, as well as perhaps doing some tweaks/upgrades and fine tuning the machine.
Let me know what you think.
Victor Bart’s video:
He got the system from a homeless man who was tugging it along in a cart with 3 other systems he planned to bring to the recycle plant. Victor Bart bought it off him and ended up upgrading it. I responded to his video as the system he upgraded turned out to be pretty much identical to the system I had back in the day.
