It’s Not Easy Being Green Screen Ep10 – Ghosts ‘n Goblins

In the days of the Amstrad CPC, consumers had 2 options of monitor to use with the computer, a colour monitor (CTM640 or 644) or a monochrome Green Screen monitor (GT64 or 65). The latter option was close to £100 cheaper, so a lot of business users took this option. However, while word-processors and spreadsheets were fine in all green, games didn’t fair so well.

In this series I take a look at some of the most difficult games on the system, even in colour they were tough, lets see how they play in the delights of green!
