Demonstrating Playstation One Games On The PCSX2 Playstation 2 Emulator – Done Properly This Time!
Lactobacillus Prime
The PCSX2 Emulator emulates the Sony Playstation 2 console on Windows, Linux and Mac systems. It can use the original media in the optical drive or use ripped .iso files.
This emulator strives to be very compatible and have all the bits and bytes of the original machine implemented. As the actual Playstation 2 console contains original Playstation 1 hardware making it capable of backwards compatibility with the original Playstation, with the progression of the PCSX2 emulator this too became more and more capable of emulating the original Playstation as well.
Some games actually run, run well, others fail. This video shows you me trying and testing out some of the games. I try and show quite a few and do a waffle over them. Enjoy!
