The “almost final” part of the repair to the CD32 I picked up recently. I will do a follow up on the logo touch up, PS2 pad adapter, PS/2 keyboard adapter and a few other things later.

In this video I get the CDROM drive working again, and fix an unexpected problem with the S-Video lacking colour after a power cycle.
