Thanks for all the comments, hints, tips and suggestions on my camera / audio video question I did the other day.
I am trying the GoPro in low lighting conditions, it is set at 60fps and you’ll see it reach that in lighter parts of the room. In the darker parts of the room it’ll switch to 30fps to have more time for light to hit the sensor. All in all very good low-light performance. Of course filming properly should be done with more light.
And yes, it shows that from all those tips I got it is probably a no brainer that good lighting is key, a DSLR is key when it comes to doing high quality depth of field recordings in and outdoors. When it comes to sturdy close up and personal and outdoors filming the GoPro 4 Hero range of cameras really does a good job for the price. Especially when you get one factory refurbed.
My plans are to save up for a proper DSLR camera that does good filming with audio. Improve the lighting and audio in my recordings when I can and learn to operate the new equipment that slowly but surely will enter my video production process.
I don’t have much free time to spend on filming and editing so it does need to be done in some timely and easy to do fashion. Otherwise I would only have time to record a video and do no gaming or other things in my free time at all. But it could be that making higher quality videos can be a bit of a hobby as well and investing more time into making videos could be a nice thing to do too.
Who knows. Let’s see how it will all unfold. And I must add that even if you make videos using a potato it’s allright, it’s all about getting out there and sharing what you think needs to be shared.
Thanks for watching! See you in the next one.
