Working on the Sega Hotline back in the early 90’s also meant you got to do random promo work. In this case Nick and Andrew got to make an appearance for channel 10’s “Big Breakfast Show” to promote the Mega CD. A rare example of Sega actually pushing the Mega CD as they quickly refocused on promoting exclusive games for the Mega Drive after they realised the mountain that they were facing trying to convince people to spend $650 on an add on.
You’ll see Sonic 2 being played in the background, Street Fighter 2 being mentioned as well as Tim Bailey with a mullet. The 90’s… a wonderful era. LOL
