A VR of sorts to Lactobacillusprime (http://bit.ly/29rTCNu). His run: http://bit.ly/29G6I8Q. taking on his challenge to try and beat his score in the C64 version of Gyruss by Parker Brothers (1984). As I mention in this he played the NTSC version, I am playing the PAL version here, which does run slower but does score the same so it really doesn’t matter much. Also explains the constant enemy sprite flashing… sorry about that couldn’t prevent it in the recording. Really like my end score and it was a lot of fun to do, despite MANY careless mistakes I made. Should have done better with the Chance Stages too… I just love playing this game whatever version it is but this one in particular I think is by far one of the best conversions.
