I love a bit of Iron Maiden, and I used to love GamesMaster! Oh the joy when I found a clip of these two combined!
Bask in the nostalgia and generally awful 90’s style of it all!
I forget just how good Dominic Diamond was though!
Janick Gers, guitarist of Iron Maiden is the special guest on the GamesMaster TV show taking on the star gaming challenge – this being the “Quest For Fame”, a rhythm action guitar game released in 1995 for PC that existed long before Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Harmonix, etc!
Just in case for those of you that don’t know – “GamesMaster was a British television show, screened on Channel 4 from 1992 to 1998, and was the first ever UK television show dedicated to computer and video games”.
This episode of GamesMaster is the last episode (#18) of season 5, I believe broadcast on the 18th January 1996!
