Time for a waffle, a community question and few quick pick ups. This time I have been thinking about the subject of fellow tuber Sybersnake7 (link below) was talking about in one of his videos. The subject was discussing modern gaming and why he feels he’s lost the love with it. This raises a question from me; will retro gaming surpass the popularity of contemporary gaming? Due to an extensive back-catalogue, that is always expanding, visiting systems that may have been missed. It is also very accessible due to emulation, and if you are not a system/game collector far cheaper than keeping up with modern gaming. As this generation gets older, they find they are looking to the past for gaming thrills when a lot of modern stuff can feel a little samey… What are your thoughts on this? Would love to know.
