This video covers the teardown of the Atari 520 STFM. I also talk about the Marpet Xtra RAM 4Mb Upgrade, and a switch toggle between 1Mb and 4Mb. TOS ROM upgrades are discussed, as well as installation of a Blitter socket and chip, and discussion about common faults.
This particular Atari ST has a HxC Floppy Emulator fitted in place of the standard 3.5″ Floppy Drive.
